Ganesh Acharya’s Diet & Workout Routine for Weight Loss

Choreographer Ganesh Acharya has finally made the miracle happen. In just 1 year, he has managed to lose a total of 85 kilos. First Adnan Sami, then Anant Ambani, even Arjun Kapoor and now Ganesh Acharya, all have lost a considerable amount of weight and therefore have proved that nothing is impossible. But it does come with a price of course because to lose that kind of weight, Ganesh followed a strict diet and workout plan.

In 2015, Ganesh Acharya put on 30-40 kilos for his home production ‘Hey Bro’ (2015). At that time he weighed around 200 kilos but with his true dedication towards his workout routine, he now has given real fitness goals to every man and woman out there.

He has constantly shared his workout videos on Instagram. Even when he is traveling for shoots, he does not miss the gym no matter wherever he is.

Ganesh has never let his obesity get in the way of his work. Even when he was overweight, he never stopped dancing. He is a famous Bollywood choreographer and has choreographed songs like Chikni Chameli, Maston Ka Jhund, Beedi Jalaile, Malhari, Tattad Tattad and much more!

Apart from being a choreographer, Ganesh Acharya has also directed some films. His debut film was ‘Swami’ (2007) featuring Manoj Bajpayee and Juhi Chawla in lead roles. After that, he went on to direct a comedy film called ‘Money Hai Toh Honey Hai’ (2008) starring Govinda, Aftab Shivdasani, Upen Patel, Hansika Motwani, Celina Jaitley, Manoj Bajpayee, Ravi Kishan, Antara Biswas and Prem Chopra.

Ganesh Acharya has acted in a popular movie namely ‘ABCD: Any Body Can Dance’ (2013) with Prabhu Deva which turned out to be a big hit! Now he is currently working on his new film ‘Bhikari’ which will be out soon.

Even though he has been successful in his life, he still was determined to get out of the image that everyone had created of him. For that, he set a goal and made it happen by losing a tremendous amount of weight.
