Manasi is the daughter of famous Gujarati theatre actor, director & producer Arvind Joshi.
At the age of 16, she started working as a theatre artist and did many plays like ‘Eni Sugandhno Dariyo’, ‘Tamari Neha’, ‘I ought to be in pictures’, etc.
She featured in numerous commercial advertisements for popular brands like Hair & Care, Close-Up, Ponds, Milkmaid, Surf, Kellogs, etc.
She was the first Indian host on Star Movies who hosted the show ‘Bol Bollywood!’
She also hosted some other shows like ‘Entertainment Now’, and ‘Tara Rum Pum Pum.’
