Mukesh is a Cardiac Surgery specialist and works in both U.S. and India.
He is counted among the world’s top heart surgeons who have received an MBA degree.
In 1989, he was the member of the Dr John Wright’s surgical team while doing the Open Heart Bypass Surgery of popular singer R.D. Burman at The Princess Grace Hospital, Marylebone, London.
He was bitten by the acting bug when he was around 50 years old. In 2014, he gave an interview for a student spot at ‘New York Film Academy’ in the ‘Short Term Acting Program’ and luckily, got selected. He then took a professional training in acting from there.
After that, he received some offers from Hollywood film industry to become the part of Asian characters but he rejected those offers and returned to India.
Mukesh then became the part of the Bollywood film industry and started playing small roles in the films like ‘Rough Book’ (2016), ‘A Flying Jatt’ (2016), ‘Naam Hai Akira’ (2016), ‘The Final Exit Movie’ (2017), ‘Aksar 2’ (2017), etc.
He also appeared in one of the episodes of TV serial ‘Stories by Rabindranath Tagore’ as a family doctor in 2015.
