Robby was a member of an established fraternity ‘Lambda Chi Alpha’ at Florida State University for nearly a year.
Between 2003 and 2007, he volunteered for Young Life, a Christian Ministry in which staff reaches out to adolescents by being present in their lives and set up some good examples.
After graduating from FSU in 2011, he began working with Myrtha Pools as a South East Regional Sales Manager in September 2012. He was the company until February 2016.
Before settling one of his feet into the reality TV world, Robby was a swimmer and had appeared in the Olympics trials in 2012. According to the USA swimming, he competed in the following preliminary events: 100 LC meter (completed 24th), 50 LC meter freestyle (finished 97th), and 200 LC meter IM (finished 43rd).
Hayes’ modeling career began in 2012 when he was featured in the 12th season of ABC Television’s reality show ‘The Bachelorette.’
He considers his father to be his role model when it comes to the family planning. Hayes says he would not stop at just two kids when it’s the time to start a family.
